OUR CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
The UK's distance seller Regulations gives you (The buyer) certain rights when buying from a 'Buy it now' listing with a distant seller of Mail order. You may cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatch. We do ask you to tell us if you do not wish to continue though. Once it has been dispatched you may return it, but only with our agreement & return reference.
Our cancellations rules are shown in 6b below.
PLEASE READ this as it forms part of our supply contract with you. Our full business contact details are shown on your invoice.
These are in addition to DSR rules & do not effect your statutory rights.
DISPATCH
1a. We will advise you by email, when we have dispatched your item(s). Depending on the delivery service used, please allow up to 7 days for it to arrive (international buyers allow upto 28 days). No Exceptions.
1b. IF YOUR ITEMS DO NOT ARRIVE WITHIN 7 DAYS (21 days internationally) OF OUR dispatch email YOU MUST NOTIFY US immediately BY EMAIL quoting your order number as shown in your dispatch email.
2a Please state your order number in all written/verbal communications.
COLLECTIONS
1a. Collections by arrangement only. A per order collection fee will apply. Minimum 24 hours notice required. NO collections outside Office hours/weekends/bank holidays, etc).
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS
1. Buyers must notify us by email within 2 days of receipt & return the item, to be in our possesion/with us no later than/within 7 days of receipt. You must pay the return postage if item was supplied as description in listing.
2. When returning items you MUST obtain & retain proof of posting from the relevant courier/postal service, We recommend you purchase RECORDED DELIVERY postal insurance before returning the item(s), as any loss/damage in transit claim (ie; we do not receive the returned item or it's damaged) is the responsibility of the sender.
Any claim must have a valid trackable Online REFERENCE NUMBER.
3. Returned goods must be UNUSED & have unopened internal packaging (if sealed originally). Refunds at sellers discretion following return and inspection of returned item(s).
4. Damaged item(s) must be reported by email immediately upon receipt & kept pending inspection & returned within 3 days following our return/replacement instructions. Return basic postage us refundable.
We require all damaged/faulty item(s) be returned to us in the original packing for inspection before we replace/credit items.
Replacement items are sent at our postal expense.
5. Outward P&P {S&H} is non returnable if the item was dispatched, as described & no notice was received. This part of our contract has already been completed & the service used.
If an item is P&P included aminimum of £1 per item supplied, will be deducted from any refund upto £3 in value, thereafter at a rate of 20% of cost, that includes P&P.
5a. If the item(s) you receive is/are wrong or not as described* we will ask you to return it to us. 2, above applies at your discretion. We will refund the basic cost of the RETURN postal service as part of any refund.
6. Refunds/replacements will only be issued once an item(s) is in our possession, following it's return to our address & inspection.
6a If a full refund is given [excluding P&P] an administration charge will be levid of £1 to any whole transaction.
6b. Cancellations. Dispatched items must be returned & in our posession within 7 days of receipt [Exclusing Bank Holidays].
Attempted delivery/Receipt after this time will be declined/refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Any dispute regarding description must be notified by email within 48 hours of receipt [No exceptions].
DELAYS IN TRANSIT.
7. Sometimes after dispatch transit can be delayed & we ask you to appreciate once we send it, we loose control over it's transit time. Please note, Royal Mail do not regard an item as lost until 14 working days after dispatch. Providing you have notified us in accordance with 1b.(above) we will start our claim proceedure. PLEASE ASK FOR Recorded delivery for peace of mind. Claims for loss/damage will be made to courier/Royal Mail. They will investigate & may contact you.
8. Ownership of all item(s) remain with the seller until all payments/moneies due are paid & received in full.
9. Copyright/trademarks of all item(s) supplied remain with the copyright/trademark holder.
No permission is given or implied that allows any breach of same.
Our T&C's are designed to help both parties in the transaction. We as you, are bound by them as part of our supply contract.
We reserve the right to update our T&C from time to time in accordance with UK law.
